This compilation is a journey through sounds, that gets you started on those summer vibes, grooving, dancing and just enjoying everything the nice weather brings along with. The tunes are provided from a wide array of talented producers hailing heavily from Boston and New England areas. The music starts off with a slow relaxer from the extremely multitalented Wigzen, with his track Kronole. A slow burning afro cuban desert groove blending latin flavors with a smokey middle-eastern feel. This then flows into Hacienda by the Boston heavy hitters, Agents of Vibe (another project Wigzen is involved in). Hacienda is an outdoor sunny uplifter with melodic percussion, groovy guitar and a deep bass undertone to get you out of your lawn chair and dancing. Next up is Narrativa, by Sex on Decks, producer, DJ and former drummer of the amazing jam band Viral Sound. You can really feel his percussive roots throughout the track as well as the vibe of a band. Following that are the Cenote rising stars, Dacey Schubert with their tech banger, Next Density. Paul Schubert uses some of his vocal touch along with excellent production of deep bass stabs and percussion. This leads into the deep and dark nighttime groover, DEMUT, by Orin + Gogue. Next, we go back into a tripped out jam by Boston old-school head, Chris Reavey. Crazy sounds, bouncy bass-line and deep synths lay throughout this genre-bender. Bringing back the high energy is Tenor, by the incredible duo, Black/Tuesday out of Colorado. These guys make non stop bangers that always bring the high energy and are sure to keep the dance floor moving with their percussion and upbeat piano rolls. Bringing the vibe back down for a late night jam with a meaningful vocal sample is the Atkins Diet by more Boston family and Cenote OG’s: Finley + Smeed & Suspence. Bringing the energy back down is a dreamy guitar jam with burning man vibes and light vocal samples by our good friends and excellent producers: Beartrax and After Touch. To close out the vibe is Boston originator and now NY/Brooklyn staple, the incredible, David Paglia! David brings us a smooth daytime summer jam sure to ease the soul and put a smile on your face just as the sun rises or sets.
