Review:
Melbourne-based Balance Music, home to the long-running compilation series of the same name, bring us a debut long-player from local talent Uone that’s part studio album, part mix comp, and if you’re a fan of the label generally you’ll find plenty to enjoy. ‘Space Between Love’, featuring a Stevie Nicks-esque vocal from Briony Taylor-Brooks, is simply stunning – think Ennie Morricone remixed by Solomun and you’re somewhere in the ballpark. But there’s plenty more goodness where that came from! Operating in the nebulous zone where deep and progressive house overlap, and borrowing rhythms and sounds from around the globe, this album is an engaging, involving listen that’s best appreciated when served whole.

  4. Rauschhaus – Enter The Vault (Original Mix) 06:00 124bpm Amin

ONE compiles the power of FOUR!
Rauschhaus is opening the EP with his track ‘Enter The Vault’ which slowly reveals its secret of a deep baseline groove, long pads and drums with a rhythm which makes you want to dance. Enjoy entering the vault of Rauschhaus.
Number two of FOUR is coming from Berlin based Daniele Di Martino. He is playing around with vocal chops, percussions and a slightly detuned tuned top synth.
Luis Sole is showing once again how to control the low end of a track. His release is focusing on the essential things a production needs. Convince yourself and let the music talk for itself.
Four of FOUR is rounded up by Emorine. He delivers an uplifting song with a saw baseline, dreamy synth and mallet sounds.
