The Four40 imprint returns with the fourth installment in their popular House X Garage series, which does exactly what it says on the tin.
Across 19 blistering tracks, the Birmingham based label presents the very best of UK dance music, with highlights not limited to: the return of Audiosoul who serve up some sleek and slinky house for the late night on “Carnival” and “Please Leave A Message”, local duo Cause & Affect (Tempa/This Ain’t Bristol) remix I Killed Kenny’s “Lets Go” featuring Jamie George – getting some serious bass driven attitude going on in the process. And an honourable mention to the cheekily named Peter & The Stringfellows who equally impressed us with their contributions – but for our money we’d bet on the very French Touch sounding “YOU & I Together” in particular.
