Minutes Vol. 5 explores depth, emotion, oddity, tension, coming together into a cohesive listening experience. alia indigo opens the VA with a piece that’s as hypnotic as it is surprising – a kick that carries the track with warmth, paired with soft pads and almost tactile ear candy.
The second compilation from Segment Music, featuring the best of their Melodic Techno track selection
Protagonist Soul’s latest selection drifts through the lighter, more atmospheric end of the spectrum – organic house with warmth at its centre and space around every sound. These are tracks that don’t push; they unfold, each one built for the moments when you want the music to carry you rather than move you. Easy to lose yourself in, and better with every listen.
Introducing ‘Soul Sampler IV’ by Melody Of the Soul, a remarkable compilation showcasing the talent of various artists.
In House Vol. 7 featuring Gaba, Kevin Knapp, BAPP, Javi Bora & Lloyd Nwagboso, Cooper James,
Taranco & Trembow.
A fresh Various Artists selection built for the dancefloor – bringing together longtime PJ family names and a new face stepping into the mix. Four cuts, one 12″, all killer, no filler. House music the Peppermint Jam way.
Titto La Rocka & Lowwaxx present the High Heels EP – named after the pair’s shared appreciation for slipping into high heels on certain special occasions. The longtime friends, both originally from Gran Canaria, created “4-Hour Trip” during one spontaneous four-hour studio session, proving that good chemistry needs no extra time. Lowwaxx completes the originals with the smooth and hypnotic “White Pearl.” The package is rounded off by two distinctive remixes from Ukrainian minimal specialist Silat Beksi and label owner Gogo. A playful, deeply grooving journey connecting Gran Canaria, Switzerland and Ukraine – high heels optional, dancing highly recommended.
Lauren Steel is returning to the Tamango Records family! A year after her debut release, the London-based house rising force is back in the driver’s seat, presenting her new ‘Purple Haze’. Over the last couple of years, Lauren has emerged as a one to watch in the current European minimal-tech sound, rapidly becoming a favourite of Jamie Jones, East End Dubs, and Yaya, of course. Consisting of four originals, the EP radiates energy from the first second, with funky motifs and hooky vocals, plus Lauren’s recognisable bass-driven, funky, groovy approach giving life to a clear club-focused identity through direct, functional records shaped for the dancefloor.
